Grade‑2 natural recycled ABS pellets
ABS Plastic
ABS plastic delivers excellent rigidity, hardness and impact toughness. It has good mechanical strength and impact‑energy‑absorbing capability, and is not susceptible to brittle fracture even at low temperatures. It also features good heat resistance and low‑temperature resistance. Molded parts boast high surface gloss, are easy to color and fit for secondary processing such as electroplating and spraying, with favorable electrical insulation performance. However, ABS has poor weather resistance; it ages and discolors under long‑term ultraviolet exposure. Its solvent resistance is limited, and stress cracking may occur upon contact with certain chemicals including ketones and esters.
Main Applications
Automotive Industry: Widely applied for automotive instrument panels, door panels, interior trim parts, radiator grilles, rear‑view mirror housings and various decorative components.
Electrical & Electronics: Commonly used for housings of household appliances such as TVs, washing machines, air‑conditioners and vacuum cleaners, as well as casings and internal components for office equipment like monitors, printers and copiers.
Consumer Goods & Daily Articles: Manufactured into luggage shells, toys (e.g. building blocks), helmets, food containers and cosmetic packaging bottles.
Pipes & Fittings: Used for building drainage and sewage systems as well as indoor ventilation ducts.
Other Industrial Fields: In mechanical industry, ABS can be made into transmission parts such as gears, bearings and pump impellers. In medical sector, it is adopted for medical‑device housings and components.
Impact strength: 10‑12 kJ/m² Please specify other requirements: environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pitting and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
